I want to give very minimal editing features to the user but have multiple controls on the page (maximum 6). Is there any thing I can do to so that the code is shared by the controls or just make the loading process faster. I am dynamically generating the controls.

I'm actually finding that multiple controls do slow down the page. It seems that each control causes a postback to the server, individually to the page. You can see this on your test page. where each control results in another postback to the server. why would this be ?
