    On some of the PCs I'm running LiveOperator on, the user does not get a popup notifier from the systray icon.  Is there an option somewhere to disable this, or ???

    It appears the machines in question had balloon tips turned of with TweakUI / Windows PowerToys.  The fix was to edit the following key in the registry:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\EnableBalloonTips

    Changing the value from 0 to 1 resolved our issue.
