integrating cutechat with community server 2007

I downloaded and successfully installed community server 2007 (express edition)

and i intend to inculcate cutechat appl into the server but after observing all

specified steps the chat button appeared as a link but it gave an error page on click

Server error / application

the resource could not be found

is it that the chat appl can only work with cs 2.1 or what

downloaded the cs 2007 from the link above

and did all necessary re configuration

but problem persists

please can you suggest ways i can

1) intergrate my aspx pages into community server 2007

2) create sub menus under a menu on community server

yeah i have tried that earlier

and it worked but not as expected

the link gave me my page on a new browser

i will prefer to have it on the existing browser

I'm having problems... i believe i got the correct 2007 package:

CuteChat3forCommunityServer2007.zip with dll "CuteSoft Chat 3.1.1 Release"

Followed instructions for the link which shows up in on the menu bar and when clicked will go to a "chat" page (but in default format, not the theme we crated).

I get a picture of a man and woman but nothing happens.

If i press the chat menu item there i get an error saying the requested URL cannot be found: /cs/themes/common/chat.aspx (this is the customers website running on my laptop).

So... what am I doing wrong?

DaveN,

Please login as admin and go to chat admin control. Then create the chat rooms there.

That makes sense but i don't see any chat admin... looking through control panel dashboard and administration.

Please login as admin and check the top area of the page.
