In your example, when using the mouse to resize a table cell, a small angular arrow appears near the lower right of the mouse. However, in most implementations, this arrow is actually the letter "i" with a ^ over it. It's barely visible.

We also show a red rectangle besides this arrow.

 

Put your mouse cursor over the bottom, right or bottom-right of the cell, the cell should be selected and highlighted in red. This is by design.

 

If you get a different result, please post a screenshot.

 

 

 

 

 

Above you can see the letter i with ^ on it, not the proper arrow.
