Okay, so I have to justify why my client should fork out the extra cash for Cute Live Support 4 instead of using version 3.

 

What are the differences between the two?

 

Obviously the operator application has changed. Here I must confess that I prefer the v3's operator app. The chat window in the new version is a little cramped and though you can re-size the frames to make it bigger, that just squashes the other windows leaving them with the same problem.

 

Apart from the different look though, what's changed?

The primary difference is that CuteChat4 have new server side kernal.

And that would save much server side pressure and then the server side can handle more visitors.
