How to send messages to multiple users

Sir,

I downloaded CutechatTrial version. I want to send messages to a set of users for example there are 10 users in online, out of whic I want to send messges to 5 users. How to send it.

Is there any possibility to Invite users to the already existing Conversation.

File trasnsfer also not working properly. Please help me how to do it.

By default, this function is only available to admin. To enable this funtion for all users, please login as admin and go to admin console, set the following setting to true:

Global Allow send file

Please login as admin and go to admin console, and use "Global Announcement" function.

Sir,

"Global Announcement" contains a text box. what i have to do there.

Chellamnaidu,

Type your message in the textbox and click the update button.

All the users will receive this message when they join the chat room.
