    IP NOT MATCH Error presented to website users

       Using version 3, a javascript popup continutally appears stating 'IP NOT MATCH' when a person tries to connect to an operator via the site.
     
    Is this a licensing issue?? we have an IP license

    Hi.
     
    That's not the license issue.
     
    The server check the IP of the user.
     
    Maybe the user's network has reseted while chatting.
     
    Do you always get such problem ? or only once ?

    Seem to occur on one unfortunate testing session Terry, fine after that
