Hi Adam,

followin suggestions of a previous post, I have changed "SupportRedirect.aspx" so that when there are no available operator the user is redirected to our web site feedback form. It works fine, but here is the question: how to avoid that the click on the "offline" buttton open a popup window?

You need to merge SupportRedirect.Aspx and Support-Image-Button.js.aspx into one file.

When no no available operator, it will redirect to your own feedback form.

In Support-Image-Button.js.aspx, please check this funtion:

I would like to do this as well. Can you be more specific about what needs to be done? Also, would any additional files need to be modified?

Please open CuteSoft_Client\CuteChat\SupportCustomer.aspx and modify the following code:

function RedirectIfNoResponse()
{
location.href="SupportFeedback.aspx"+'<%=Request.Url.Query%>'
}

2. Open CuteSoft_Client\CuteChat\SupportRedirect.Aspx and modify the following code:

Response.Redirect("SupportFeedback.aspx"+Request.Url.Query);

The correct page opens, but it is appearing in a pop-up window. Is there any way to make it load in the same/current window (not in a pop-up)? Thanks!
