In version 4.0, when the user receives a new message from the operator, the user will receive a sound.

 

When the user receives a nudge from the operator, the user screen will shake.

 

All sound files are stored in CuteSoft_Client\CuteChat\Sound folder.

 

Can you check it? Maybe the regular sound files are replaced?

he was getting the noises when no chats or nudges were sent. It was the nudge noise though.

 

He finally found the option to turn sounds off and that is what he ended up doing.

Just an update that we only had 3 customers complain about the issue. It was always when we had other customers being helped by another operator.

 

We have had over 100 chat sessions so far and only 3 have complained and all just turned the sound off (they are regulars so its not that big of a deal yet)

 

If we get more info I will keep you updated.
