IFrames causing slow down

I have noticed that a large number of iframes, on the same page as cute, cause text entry to slow down. The more iframes you add the slower cute editor gets.

Do you mean you have multiple iframes on the same page of cute editor, or you add multiple iframes into the editing area of cute editor or you have multiple editors on the same page?

The first, when you have many iframes on the same page as cute.

It's not a good idea to have multiple iframes in the same page.

An iframe is an inline frame, a frame that, while containing a completely separate page with its own URL, is nonetheless placed inside another HTML page.

For example, if you have one page to have 5 iframes, when the page loads, actually it loads 6 pages together.

I understand how iframes work. The point here is the fact that cute is running through every one. Are you saying this is a known issue and won't be fixed.

What dod you mean Cute run through each iframe?

Do you mean you embed Cute into each iframe?

I don't understand why you put some many iframes in the same page if you know how iframe works.

There are circumstances that require more than one. Just one for instance it the bug IE has that make drop down lists the top most item on the page. The answer to your question is no cute is not in an iframe. There is one cute editor instance directly on the page itself. To replicate, simply place cute editor on a form and add iframes to the page. It seems to me that cute could be attempting to parse every iframe on the page. If not, why is the number of iframes directly proportional to the speed of cute editor?

Cute Editor doesn't parse any HTML code, any HTML element of the page whichs contains the CuteEditor.

It only parses the elements of the editing area.

Ok, this is dragging on. I've given you a way to replicate the issue. The fact is, the issue exists. Whether it gets addressed or not is up to you. Thanks.

We welcome any bugs you can find and we believe it's nice method to improve our products.

But like I said before, Cute Editor doesn't parse any HTML code, any HTML element of the page whichs contains the CuteEditor.

It only parses the elements of the editing area.
