P tags and Div tags

I'm having the problem that when I hit enter I get div tags, but I want p tags to be placed instead.

I have the following settings:

editor.UseDivOnCarriageReturn = false
Editor.BreakElement = BreakElement.P

However, I cannot reproduce my problem in http://cutesoft.net/example/oncarriagereturn.aspx

Is there something else I have to check?

Isn't supposed to be:

Editor.BreakElement = "p"

And not

Editor.BreakElement = BreakElement.P

Even though I set it up like that it's still not working. I still get the div tag.

Can you reproduce the problem in the following example?
