Customizing Live Chat Client

Hello,

I have been looking for the line "Welcome to YourSite.com" in SupportClient.aspx and I can not find it at all. Can someone tell me where it is?

The web based admin console? Sorry, I should have stated that I highly customized the LiveSupport module and I did not include the web based admin modules. In fact, the solution is authenticating against my database.

I do notice this line though:

<%=ChatWebUtility.SupportRoomTitle%>

Does this come from the database? If so, please let me know what table to modify.

Ok, I changed the that line to

<div style="color:#999999;font: bold 14pt Bodoni MT Black;">

For some reason, the image is showing up twice. Could you please assist.

I tried the above code. It works here. Maybe the current image is same as the Operator Picture.

Let us do a test:

Alright, I changed the div and the second image is not visible. I don't believe I set the operator photo. However, the image and the text is at the top and middle of the page and I've tried setting the alignments to left to fix them without any luck. Any ideas?
