Add User Control (HtmlSelect and Component Art Treeview) in componenent art grid

I have a user control which is created with HtmlSelect control and ComponentArt TreeView and work as a Dropdown list. I want to add this user control in ComponentArt Grid as a field where i can select an item how can i do this.
Please reply as soon as possible.
