Guests stuck in Client Live Support (Website visitor list)

Both in Version 4 and 5 some clients seems to get endlessly stuck in the Status / Browsing (Website visitors) list.

It's totally random but there is an average of 3-4 allways stuck in the visitor list. The Timer is ticking for hours & hours. and it has no direct connection with what type of Operating system nor browser the user have.

Is there a setting to FORCE clean the Website Visitor list if for example they been "browsing" for 1 hour or so ?

I think this issue is resolved in the version 5.0. Please download the version 5.0 again.

It's improved in V5 , but yet there.

As i wrote in BOTH verison 4 and 5 :-)

I did infact upgrade to V5 today and i will let it sit for a day or so and see if it's simply leftovers from V4 or if the issue remains somewhat smaller.

But i did notice it's been improved yes.

Rikard,

I know you are using version 5.0. But we updated the code. Can you just download it and test it?

Have it been update the past 10 hours ?

My Ver 5 is from this morning.

Reason why i ask, i have alot of customized files there.

If not then i'm running latest.

Thancks, then unfortenly the "bug" / Fetaure remains :-(

I've seen 1 thing though but that might be FIrefox related, it's having HARD time track thoose.

At this moment i have 6 peeps stuck at 1 hour and another 3 soon passed 2 hours.

Damn just want to help get it sorted, not trying to be a ***.

! thing though, if i dicsonnect the server and reconnect theyre gone.

Rikard,

Please follow the steps below:

1. Find the visitor which stays very long.

2. Put the mouse cursor over the time column of the row.

3. It will show the last active time of this client.

It may help you know this client is still active or not.

You can also send a chat invitation to the client.

OHH my god, i just realized i DO have visitors staying for more than 1 hour.....

I will use this tip and evaluate deeper. Thx a million Adam
