Need Help Installing

Hi there!

I recently wanted to install Cute Live Support Chat onto my website. I could not do it and I asked my web hosting company to do it for me. This was their response:

I am really sorry, but I was not able to proceed with your request. Regarding to instructions provided, the file CuteLiveSupport.sql should be imported to the database. Unfortunately, the following error was received in Import Wizard:
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'TRANSACTION

SET QUOTED_IDENTIFIER ON
SET ARITHABORT ON
SET NUMERIC_ROUNDABO' at line 1

Please, could you check the error source with the application developer. Thank you.

MYSQL is not supported by Cute Live Support.

You need to ask your host install the database into SQL Server.

Just realized that I have Linux based hosting.

Does anyone know of a free windows based hosting site?

Ya... I actually found them and e-mailed them but I haven't got a reply yet.

I got a question about that free web windows hosting.

Are they saying that they are still trying to build their service or they are letting people test it out?

The best option for you is choosing a commercial web host service which is much reliable. If your site is small, maybe you only need to pay under $10 per month.

Hey!

It looks like the free hosting people are not contacting me.

I was thinking would it be possible to host it from my own computer? I have an old Dell Desktop in my basement which has the following specs:

Windows XP Service Pack 2

Intel Pentium 4 2.4GHz

256MB RAM

80GB Hard Drive

SQL Server 2008 Express

Apache, PHP, MySQL

Please note that this computer will only be used for this chat program and nothing else at all (there will be no other programs)...

If this possible please let me know. I have a 1.5MBps internet connection and a router that can easily be customized.
