    • Missing conversation - I simulated a chat conversation and had some fairly long texts (but less than the maximum set in Admin) in the chat window.  Chat Records fails to show the long texts.  I think this happens if the text is too long. 
    • View/delete/Export Chat log in Admin - Exporting logs produces and empty xml file.

    Can you reproduce the problems on v5 then give us a link to see the problem?
