We bought Cute Live Support and installed ok on an Oracle platform.
We could login to Live Support in our desktops and the clients are able to call us and no problems.
However, this Live Support desktop s/w keeps showing which agent has come into the room and which agent gone out. Is there any way of disabling this alert? If we have a number of agents supporting our customers, isn't it annoying if the s/w shows the alert everytime when someone comes in and goes out?
Spoke to the Live Support at cutesoft and the lady who spoke to me said it is customisable by ourselves, but she doesn't know where when I asked her to point me to a place where the source code is for the desktop live support s/w. She asked me to post this issue in the forum.
I don't think the source code for the desktop live support s/w is supplied and so it is not modifiable by us. If we ask Cutesoft to customise (or include this as a standard option) it seems they would charge us.
I'm sure I'm not the only one who gets annoyed about these alerts.
