Live Support connection Error

Hi Everybody.

We are installed Live Support IIS and Oracle Database. But after login page give this error. It is same to operator software too.

Does anybody knows to solution ????

How long it will take to solve that problem or is there not any solution ? We ordered and paid that product but not getting good support... Hope one of you will reply the solution...

Are you using the standalone version or integrated version?

1. Cute Live Support standalone
That one if we get success to run it we plan to use it on our exiting user database so our oracle database is new and that server is new too...

If you want to integrate your own membership database, please use the following integration package:

Dear Adam first we have to see it while working integration is not so hard but we could not make it work and thats why we posted that issue in here as your live support oparator Joyce said...

What is that matter its standalone we sent the error message picture could you tell us what should we do ?

If you want to integrate your own membership database, you need to use the integration package. The standalone version has its own user database.
