NO Avatars showing in Cutechat 2.0?

After installing Cutechat 2.0 today, everything seemed to install OK, but I do not have any Avatars showing in the chat windows now?

Do I need to move them somewhere else, maybe they were placed in the wrong directory at first?

Help?

Did you see the error picture before the username ?

Please check the url on your server :

Correct, the errro appeared before the username in the chat and the room list of users in there. I tried renaming folders, and anything I could think of, but no luck yet. Any ideas on how to proceed?

Above is how the image shows up, nothing but a placeholder image with a red x like the image is not linked correctly or something.

We are planning on using Version 2.0 for our first LIVE Video Broadcast on Wednesday night and need to have someone help us out with the problem we are currently having.
