Is it possible to use a menu for the custom validation of file suffix?

In the example at http://www.ajaxuploader.com/Demo/simple-upload-Validation.aspx, it is only allowed to select files with certain suffix for upload.

Is it possible to create a menu to choose from?

E.:

*.jpg
*.png
*.*

Yes, you can create a control which changes the validation rule of Ajax Uploader dynamically.

Just Just to double-check: I would like to have a menu in the file-browse window that looks like the attached screenshot. Is that possible?

In the file browser window, you can only have one row.

Hi,

Please try:

DialogFilter="Images (jpg/gif/png)|*.jpg;*.gif;*.png|All files (*.*)|*.*";

Warning: you should use ValidateOption.AllowedFileExtensions to limit the file extensions.

Other wise the server would allow all kinds of files.

Hi,

I used this implementation because I have a problem with the files without the extention in the macintosh.

But with the mac isn't possible visualize the combobox to choose the extention files.

How could I do to resolve this issue?

Please try

Images (*.jpg,*.gif,*.png)|*.jpg;*.gif;*.png|All files (*.*)|*

* would include files without extension.
