Some of our users are experiencing browser crashes when first opening the Live Support web chat window. They are running IE6 in Windows XP. We have been able to reproduce it on some machines NOT running WinXP SP3 and as soon as the SP3 was installed, the crashes stopped.
The crash happens as soon as the Live Chat pop-up opens.
I tried reporting the issue via your online chat, but was asked to report it in the forum. I also received an email stating that this is not your bug; however, the product clearly crashes the browser.
Is there anything we could look into? We have the code and full license.
Any help from CuteSoft or anyone out there would be greatly appreciated!!
