Hello, we are experiencing an issue with our chat installation.
We are running the chat client as part of a larger custom website, we have a load balanced environment and have installed the software as recommended; with one server being the dedicated chat server and the website, balanced on both web servers set as clients.
This all works fine until we have roughly 7 users chatting in the same room at once. When the 7th user logs in the chat control appears as a blank/white box and the 7th chatter cannot see any of the conversation(s) taking place. The 7th user can see the other occupants of the chat room, just not the chat/conversation(s). Further info: The 7th user (or Nth, as it is roughly 7 from our testing so far) cannot post any comments, the chat control is unresponsive, but the list of chatters seems fine.
Does this sound familiar to anyone, is there perhaps a setting in a config file somewhere restricting max number of users per room?
Can anyone help please?
