I thought I'd mention that I tried to get live support today, on the CuteSoft website, using Safari on a Mac running OS X. There is a chance it's a coincidence, but the page partially loaded and then my broadband connection locked up/dropped. I had to resort to rebooting my router to get back online as it's wouldn't re-connect. My connection is very stable and I've never had a problem before, I wondered if trying the live help upset it a little.
I hope this isn't a 'feature'. Luckily I also run a PC, which worked perfectly. And the person who helped me was excellent :-)
