Chat Sessions Dropping Off and On

Can anyone tell me what would cause chat sessions to drop off and on during chat sessions?

Has anyone else experienced this with many chat agents on and many users requesting chats?

The chat sessions will drop in the following situations:

1. Internet connection is lost

2. IIS server is down

3. IIS server is restarting

4. Application pool is off.

What are the optimal settings for LiveSupport if I create a separate Application Pool using IIS6?
