I am using the Editor to create the content section of Web Pages. I would like the Preview button to show the complete Web page (including the Header and Footer) which means I have to add the HTML code before the preview.

 

Any ideas?

I suggest you create a new custom button and create your own preview button. The behavior of exisitng preview button cannot be changed unless you own the source code license.
