Hi Ken/Adam,

 

Select some text and select the Heading 1 format from dropdown, it is applying the format to whole document instead of selected text in IE.

please have a look into the issue.

Hi Ken,

 

Yes, I am able to reproduce it in your demo too. Below are  the steps to reproduce it :

 

1. Add some lines of text in the editor.

2. select first line text.

3. select any option from Normal dropdown i.e. Heading 1 or Heading 2 .................

4. Expected, it should apply the format to the selected text only but actual it is formating all the text in the editor.

Please make sure your content is not in the same paragraph, because Heading 1 Heading 2 ... will work on entire paragraph.

 

For example:

 

Example A

 

line one

line two

 

Heading 1 will works on two lines

 

Example B

 

<div>line one</div>

 

Heading 1 will works on first line
