Hi,

we have a problem in our application using the Past from a Word Document.

When we past an entire Word document, and try to change some format at the text, randomly we receive a javascript error,

"Este comando no es compatible", "Command is not compatible"

Is this issue known?

I can not reproduce this issue. http://cutesoft.net/example/editor-onpaste.aspx,  this is online demo. Can you tell us what is the detailed reproduce steps here?
