I have tried the online CuteChat demo repeatedly for several months and have never been able to connect for more than a second or two.  Why is this happening?  Does anyone with a DNN 2 installation of CuteChat experience this problem live?  I can't recommend it to a client if this happens!  Can anyone help?  I'm connecting through IE 6 and have no problems with any other chat rooms.

The above just continues on and on no matter how much I try.

 

Last week, for the first time, I was able to connect without errors.  But only once.

Then the above resumed the next time I tried.

 

I have a client who needs html chat not java chat and this is the only system I can find but it does not work consistently (hardly ever).  Any ideas?

I figured it out; AOL browsers cause the problem even though they use IE internally.

Can you take a look at that and see why?

Our clients don't want to limit people from using AOL browsers cause lots of people do.

Which version are you using?

I am sure we resolved the AOL issue in the version 2.0.

 

 

This is AOL 8.0 and anyone who uses it or AOL 9 has the same problem.
