When a operator connects to a chat session, the following error popup on the client side :

window_error

SUI_HandleChatEvent

_InvokeChatEvent

_Sync_HandleSTCMessage

_Sync_Handleresponse

_Sync_Return

ChatService_ParseResponse
anonymous function

What is wrong ?

Hi conceptdata,

only one operator get this issue or all operators get it? Occasionally or always?

Are you using the latest version? If not, can you upgrade and try again?
