Hello all.  I have one PC that is having an issue with the Live Support Operator.  When a request comes into the queue, the program alerts the user that someone is waiting, but when the user hits any of the accept buttons, nothing happens and the reques is never accepted.  In addition that same machine shows strange symbols after typing a message for example: ^4div style='font-family^2;font-size^2;color^2,'^Test^4^7 div^5.

 

I have attempted to reinstall the product on this one machine with same results.  This happens with any user that logs into the operator program on this PC.

Please upgrade both server side and operator client to latest version, you are using the latest version of operator client, but your server side is old version.
