First of all, an excellent product. Very happy w/ it!

 

We have implemented the plugin with a custom progress bar that matches our UI. However, on really slow connections, the progress does not update quickly enough, so some users have reported that they are unclear as to whether it is stuck or not.

 

I think I read somewhere in the API documentation that it is possible to set a custom refresh rate based on the upload size increments when I was first researching the tool, but I haven't been able to find that again now. Does this property exist? If not, have you got other suggestions on accomplishing something similar?
