I was able to load cute editor in a new aspx file

but when i tried to load it in a div so i can do in page pop up, it is completely deformed.

same include line: <CE:Editor ID="CuteEditor1" runat="server"></CE:Editor>

anybody had the similar issue and got it resolved?
