I'm running the latest version of Cute Chat and occasionally we get very strange behaviour, the software will kick people out of the chatroom during a chat for no reason.

Occasionally we get server lockups where the CPU utilization goes up to 100%, this can only be resolved by rebooting IIS.

It happens several times a day so it's very annoying.

Has anybody else witnessed this behaviour?

To resolve this problem,

In the IIS6 , please set the 'web garden count' of  'process model' to 1 .

It's already set to 1.

 

As of a few nights ago it's saying our licecnse has expired..
