One of my users contacted me today complaining that the CuteSoft editor was not rendering properly in her browser. After a few hours investigating I realized that she had the GoogleFrame IE add-on installed on her computer. I found a
thread on this forum describing similar problem. I asked my user to uninstall Google Frame and also remove a key from her registry that Google Frame did not remove (instructions are
here).
After performing these steps, she was able to use CuteEditor no problem. Does that mean CuteEditor is not comatible with Google Frame?
By the way, I downloaded CuteEditor only a few days ago so I am on the latest version. Also, my user was using IE8 on Windows 7.
