I want to buy the Cute Web Messenger with Domain License,so how can I do?

When I buy the product and I want to test it in localhost first, so the license key will be generated based on my site domain name. And the question is that if it will expire in localhost? And another is how can I get the invoice of buying the software,Thank you!

You can use the software on any machine via http://localhost/ for development purposes. However if the web server is accessed using another hostname (i.e. it is a shared server) then you need to buy a copy for it. This means each of your development servers and test servers must have its own license.

A problem is that when I use the Bank/Wire Transfer method to pay the money for buying the software, and because I'm in CHINA,and I find when I transfer the 99$ to the bank you appoint, the money will be transfered from one bank to another,and the bank who transfer it to your bank will deduct some money. I don't konw how much ,and I want to know how much I will pay for the software , how much I will send at the end!?
