Hello

I am trying the demo version of live support.  I make a new user and assign them the role of admin.  WHen I log out and try to login as the new admin, it doesn't work.  I can login but I can't access any manage pages nor see the dashboard link in the header.  Is it something I'm doing wrong?

Please open the web.config, find the line below and remove it. it should work.

<add key="DefaultAdminUsername" value="admin" />
