One other question... 

I'm  trying to change some of the wording in the en-us.xml file, but when I save it - the changes do not show in the room?  (For example, trying to change "the chat's topic is:  to You are chatroom: )  but when I save the file, and upload it - the room still shows "the chat's topic is:   Anyway I can change this?  Anybody done this?

The resource xml file would be loaded only once .

 

So you need to reset the application .

 

To reset the application , you could just upload the web.config again .

I tried uploading the webconfig again .. and it didnt update the text.. is there anything else that I can try ?

I don't know how to reset just the chat, but iisreset works for me..
