Operators don't see activity in Customers tab

    Operators don't see activity in Customers tab

    I have a trial version of Live Support.
     I have 2 users that can communicate with each other in a Cute Chat  (http://localhost/cutesupport/cutesoft_client/cutechat/CH_MainForm.aspx?Location=Help&LocationId=3)
     I have 2 operators that can communicate with each other in the Operators tab.
     
     The users and operators chats show up in the log.
     
     I looked to see if operators need to be assigned to a room and  didn't find that.
     
     The operators do not see any activity in the Customers tab.    
     Is there something else that I need to configure?
