I just installed the Live Support component, and I am having trouble with logging into the Live Support Operator. I just executed the script to create the database. I entered the default credentials (admin / admin) to login and I am getting an exception that says "Failed to connect chat service: The remote server returned an error (401) unauthorized." I have set the sample project as the default home directory in my IIS, so my website url should just simply point to
http://localhost. What am I doing wrong? Please help.
