Please download operator client, download url is http://cutesoft.net/downloads/folders/operator_client/entry21869.aspx , after install it, please click "Start"=>"All Programs"=>"Cute Live Support"=>"Live Support Operator", and then input the url,username, and password.

The default username and password is admin/admin.
