i did all things accoding to the cutelivesupport userguid .All thing working fine till to step 6.

Step -06 - page is not comming when run the progam

 

I can login as admin and create user and all but coudn't find the LOGGING AS AN OPERRATER FIELD page.

 

pls. give me step by step help to do the set up both client and the serverside.

Please download operator client, download url is http://cutesoft.net/downloads/folders/operator_client/entry21869.aspx , after install it, please click "Start"=>"All Programs"=>"Cute Live Support"=>"Live Support Operator", and then input the url,username, and password.

The default username and password is admin/admin.
