Why don't you make it clearer that if someone needs to contact someone at CuteSoft, they must do so on the forum (after registration)? Why isn't there an email link or a contact form on the site? That looks suspicious and makes me wonder whether I should trade with you. Especially after I read that post about that poor chap who's sent you tens of emails from different addresses and has been waiting for a license for days...
