I asked a client to have a look at your demo for the Cute Editor .Net, and then I decided to see what license I would need to purchase. I couldn't make up my mind, so I decided to send an email to you, and I was surprised to see that there are not 'contact us' link on the site...

Why don't you make it clearer that if someone needs to contact someone at CuteSoft, they must do so on the forum (after registration)? Why isn't there an email link or a contact form on the site? That looks suspicious and makes me wonder whether I should trade with you. Especially after I read that post about that poor chap who's sent you tens of emails from different addresses and has been waiting for a license for days...

Can I trust you???

Sometimes there are some communication problems related to particular email addresses.

We usually ask the client provide a different email address to resolve the problem.
