I just installed the Cute chat on a remote server, I always get not detailed Error message, it says that <customErrors> have to be "OFF" however when I downloaded the chat app it already had this option OFF :

 I still have the same error with no details, any ideas ?

Maybe your host have set it in their machine.config. You may need to contact your host.
