A default aspx file in visual studio 2k5 has

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.1//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml11/DTD/xhtml11.dtd">

<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" >

</html>

which is causing the layout of menu buttons to play up

Please advise.

Thanks Adam,

The menus work well now.

He overall height of the control is being affected as well. This is especially noticeable in full screen mode where the 'Normal', 'Html' and 'Preview' tabs are off the bottom of the screen. And changing between the modes causes the height to change.
