On your demo page, you have a dropdown list for links. I can highlight text, select a link and it inserts the hyperlink.

 

I can do that on my site, but there are two differences between the demo site and my site.

 

1) The hilighted text is replaced with the text I selected from the dropdown box (and the link is added)

2) The dropdown box stays at the link I selected

 

On the demo site

1) The highlighted text is not replaced, but the link is added

2) The dropdown box reverts to "Links" which is the top item.

 

How can I make my site behave like the demo site?

 

I am currently using v4.0 but have bought the upgrade to 5.0 and am awaiting download instructions.
