I select a paragraph style and i write a line of text.
The text have the formatting required but when I press enter to go to new line the row lost the paragraph and come back to "Normal mode".

It' s a known bug? There is a way to solve this problem?

I have the same behavior in this editor where I'm writing now...

Go in the editor http://cutesoft.net/example/general.aspx.

Select some text and select "Heading 1" from the paragraph combobox.

Behavior: All the text in TD take the style and not only the selected text.
But the real problem is:
write some text in a new line.
select the typed text.
apply the "Heading 1" formatting.
The row appear with "heading 1" style.
Now move the cursor at the end of a row.
Press enter and the text lost the "Heading 1" formatting.
