License purchased but not received, no answer from email to support

    Good afternoon,

It's come to my attention that one of our consultants purchased / paid for a Small Business License for CuteEditor for .NET on 3/1, but received no .lic file or download link.  I also have a copy of an email inquiry about this which he sent to [email protected] on that same date (March 1, 2006), and 35 days later there has been no reply.

I've pasted the relevant snippets from the email receipt below (including the transaction & receipt numbers).

This has become an urgent & very embarassing matter for us, as our customer's public production website is now throwing  "invalid license" exceptions.

Can somebody please find a way to get this license in my hands quickly?

    Thank you very much,

    Paul Smith

    Re: Alternative email@

Thanks, Karen - I appreciate your help.

I believe my gmail address will accept an .aspx attachment without blocking or stripping it; that would be paulsmith68 (sorry for breaking up the address & domain - I just don't want to post that in spambot-accessible format. ;-) )

If you need to verify legitimacy through the purchaser associated with the transaction, just let me know and I'll provide you with that individual's address privately (if you don't already have it on record). He is with my consulting group & the domain will match on our company email addresses, if that makes any difference. My own work address is the same as I used to register in this forum.

    Thanks again,
    Paul Smith

PS - Thanks also for the info re: security ramifications of the receipt details; I thought the usage of those details required some sort of tie to the purchaser's email address or company name. I'll not post those publicly in the future.

    Re: Alternative email@

Good afternoon, I haven't heard anything back since my last post -- can someone please follow up with me using my aforementioned alternative address? This is a really urgent matter for our customer.

    Thank you.

    Re: Alternative email@

    Karen,

I've replied to the address you indicated, & included all relevant email addresses, along with another copy of the receipt data for easy reference. Please let me know when you get it & when you send the files, so I can monitor for potential email lapses. I will watch this thread in addition to my inbox.

    Thanks again,
    Paul Smith
