Cute Live Support is always Offline. Why?

I installed your Cute Live Support and everything is working fine. However, the image displayed is always the "OFFLINE" image even when I click the "I am Ready" button in the Live Support Operator Client. What am I missing?

I donwloaded the ~~CuteLiveSupport.zip~~ from the Downloads section

UPDATED:

I completely removed the CuteLiveSupport.zip and LiveSupportOperatorClient.msi and downloaded the NukeLiveSupport4.zip to use with my DNN4 portal. Installation went fine and I added the Admin operator in the Administration Console via my DNN portal. Now I cannot login as Admin, I get the following message: "You entered an invalid username/password or you don't have permission to access the service".

what should I do?

PROBLEM RESOLVED. I INSTALLED A FRESH COPY OF DOTNETNUKE AND ADDED YOUR LIVE SUPPORT AND NOW EVERYTHING WORKS GREAT.

I BELIEVE THE PROBLEM I WAS HAVING HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH A CORRUPTED ADMIN USER.

Can you download the control again?

And overwrite CuteSoft.chat.dll and CuteSoft_Client\CuteChat\Admin\.Lobbies.ascx?

Please make sure aspnet account or network service account has read permission to the license file.
