I am using cute chat messenger in my application. If someone clicks on the messenger link, one pop up will comes and from there he can start chatting. Apart from that, I'm not using any other functionalities of cute chat. It's because:

 

   a. I am yet to convert it for Oracle 10g.

   b. I am not getting proper support on time and have very very agressive deadlines.

 

However, I have integrated the messenger with the my application. Messenger is using SQL Server and rest of the application is using Oracle 10g. I am facing one small issue in this configurations.

 

The issue is:

 

 If someone clicks on the chat link as soon as he logged in, he will see the pop up with all his users. But, if he waits couple of minutes and click on the same, he will get "Anonymous Users ...... message". I guess it's because session of chat is expired by that time. 

 

Can any one will show some lights on the same?
